Joe Butler

When Joe started his career in the technology space it was originally as a software tester. In that role he was introduced to disruptive technology and a passion for innovative software quickly formed. Having identified a strength in building and maintaining relationships early on, Joe chose recruitment as the avenue in which he would contribute to this exciting industry.

 

Fast forward five years and Joe has built multiple Software Engineering teams across New Zealand, Australia and New York. He partners with a variety of young tech companies that range in stage from pre-seed to post-IPO. In addition to these SaaS businesses, Joe also has experience with large Blue Chip organisations in the banking and insurance spaces.
